Here's a quick update on the potential for a tourist information centre here in Norwich.

I brought a question to the City Council about this and according to the Green Party, who now run City Hall, there isn't a financial case for establishing an actual in-person centre for tourist information in the city centre.

I think this is really disappointing.

There are a lot of things that you can only do in person, and sticking to a mostly online model just isn't the same.

There is something to be said for footfall after all.

Are they going to come to the next meeting with a real positive alternative that still supports the tourism industry?
