Calling for Transparency

We want the figures published.

700 responses were received over a consultation on the Eaton Park charges, but when we asked, we weren’t told how many of these support the plan.

Opposing Voter ID

We work with other parties where there is agreement

We secured unanimous support for our motion deploring the Conservatives’ voter ID law as unnecessary and exclusionary.

Opposing Energy Injustice

This amounts to exploitation

Lib Dems voted for a ban on pre-payment metres, which charge people more, being forcibly installed by energy companies.

Exposing Basic Errors

We questioned the point of this

The City Council commissioned an art piece on climate change for public viewing. Then kept it behind locked doors in the council chamber.
